We believe in building long term relationships with our customers in conjunction with the realtors who refer them to us. Everyone sends out automated emails. Everyone. We do this as well, but we don’t send out impersonal generic automated emails. Every month, our customers get a personalized newsletter to their inbox, filled with tips on home maintenance, interesting articles, recipes, all tailored to their specific interests as a new home owner, landlord, condo owner, etc. These newsletters include a link to the realtor who referred them, keeping you top of mind for our customer.

We replace all batteries in all smoke detectors in every home we inspect. We then send out an annual email reminder based on this.

We provide a human touch. We go back to the client’s house 6 months after the inspection to enquire in person how everything is going. We will look at anything they would like us to at that point. At each point of contact made with our clients we mention the referring realtor.
