Call now to book your inspection!

Home Inspections: Your home inspection will take ~2-3 hours. Our inspector will meet you at the property and go over your inspection agreement. The inspection will usually begin with an inspection of the exterior of the home, then the interior. The following systems will be inspected: structural, plumbing, electrical, roofing, interior, exterior, insulation, heating and cooling, windows and doors. Your inspector will point out any potential issues with the home and answer any of your questions.  You will receive a full report at the conclusion of your inspection.  Our service does not stop after your inspection is done. We are always available after you take possession if you have any questions!

Home Warranty Inspections

Third Party Oversight & Quality Assurance: You are finally building your dream home, but how much do you know about the process? Home builders may tell you that due to liability issues you need to stay of the site until the home is completed.  This is where we can help. We are fully insured and have the equipment and experience to fully comply with all health and safety regulations. We will monitor construction on your behalf and notify you of any perceived deficiencies we encounter. We will also do a thorough inspection 30-60 days before the end of your New Home Warranty to be sure that any visible warranty items are brought to your attention.
